For freelancers and job seekers in Europe
Find the work. Send the right CV.
Careers searches freelance, permanent and remote boards in one go and scores every posting against your own profile, with the reasons. Then it tailors your CV and letter to that posting from your facts only, and waits for your OK before anything is sent.

Early access, invite-only. No built-in AI: your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) can help through Geenius OS. The windows on this site show a fictional person, sample postings and sample numbers.

What it does
Search. Tailor. Approve. Apply.
Most job tools stop at a list. Careers carries a posting all the way: found, scored, tailored, applied, rehearsed.
Search
Freelance projects in the Netherlands and Germany, permanent roles in Germany and the remote boards, deduplicated and filtered.
The searchTailor
One master profile, one truthful CV and letter per posting, in more than ten designs, as PDF and DOCX.
Tailored CVsApprove
An application e-mail waits in your outbox. You read the exact message and approve it, or not.
ApplyingRehearse
Interview questions drawn from the real posting, answers marked against a rubric you can read.
Rehearsal
Scores with reasons
86, and why.
Every posting gets a fit score against your profile and an explanation: what you cover and where the evidence is, what is missing. What is missing stays missing. It is shown to you and never quietly added to your CV.
- Covered requirements with the evidence behind them
- Missing ones listed, never claimed
- Office days, language and location read from the posting
The truth check
Nothing you cannot prove.
A tailored CV selects, orders and lightly rephrases your own lines. Every bullet keeps the id of its source line. A line with no source, a number that is not in its source or a skill you did not list is put back or refused. The same goes for letters and e-mails your AI drafts.
- Engine, your AI or you: the check applies to all three
- Letters are checked sentence by sentence
- Opinion is free; facts must trace to your profile or the posting
Your yes
Applications that wait for you.
Careers drafts the e-mail with the tailored CV attached. It sits in the outbox until you approve that exact message. After approval it goes out after a random delay inside the recipient's business hours, and replies find their way back to the application.
- Approve before send, always, and only you can approve
- A daily limit and a delay window you control
- Sent with your own mail account, from your own domain
A door for your AI
Your AI drafts. You approve.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to Geenius OS once. Your AI can search, read your profile, draft a tailored CV and letter and leave an e-mail in your outbox. There is no send action to call.
- Through Geenius OS, with the permissions you set
- Draft and ask: the door has no send or approve verb
- Same truth check as everything else
In numbers
Facts you can check, not testimonials.

Honest labels
What works today.
We say what is live in early access, what you must set up yourself, and what is not offered.
- Pre-betaSearch, scoring, profile, tailoring, designs, digests, rehearsal
Built and in the app now. Early access is invite-only. Interview rehearsal is part of Premium and Max.
- Pre-betaApplications by e-mail
Works with your own mail account: you add your sending key and verify your domain in the mail settings. Careers never sends with a key of ours.
- Pre-betaYour AI through Geenius OS
Works when Careers is added to your Geenius OS workspace.
- PlannedAI features inside the app
The Premium and Max plans carry them. They are switched off during early access.
- Not offeredA built-in AI, or sending without approval
Neither exists. Your own AI helps; you approve every e-mail.
- Not offeredLinkedIn, Upwork and Malt as sources
They have no public data. Careers offers ready-made searches and a paste box instead of scraping them.
Who uses it
For people whose next job is a project.
Freelancers
The freelance search comes first: Freelance.nl, freelancermap and GULP in one go, with registration and location rules per country.

Questions
Good questions.
What is Careers?
A web app for the person looking for work. It searches freelance, permanent and remote job boards in one go, scores each posting against your profile, tailors a CV and letter to the posting from your own facts, and drafts the application e-mail, which waits for your approval. It is an app of Geenius OS and also works on its own.
Is Careers ready to use?
It is in early access: invite-only, with payments in test mode. The parts described on this site are built and in the app. We let people in a few at a time, so request access and we write when your place is ready.
Who is it for?
Freelancers and job seekers in Europe, with freelance projects in the Netherlands and Germany first. It also covers permanent roles in Germany and remote roles. See the use cases.
Do I need Geenius OS?
No. Careers is a standalone app with its own account and plans. A paid Geenius OS plan includes the matching Careers plan, and you sign in with the same account.
Which boards and countries?
Twelve boards: Freelance.nl, freelancermap and GULP for freelance projects in the Netherlands and Germany; Bundesagentur für Arbeit, GermanTechJobs and Arbeitnow for permanent roles in Germany; and Himalayas, RemoteOK, Remotive, We Work Remotely, Jobicy and the Hacker News Who is hiring thread for remote work.
What does the score mean?
How well the posting fits your profile, with the reasons: the requirements you cover and where your evidence is, and the ones that are missing. Missing stays missing and is never added to your CV.
Your next project is already posted.
Careers lets people in a few at a time. Ask for a place and we write when yours is ready.
