From draft to delivered.

  1. Draft

    Careers drafts an e-mail from the tailored letter, in the CV's language, with the CV attached and optionally the letter. The recipient is taken from the posting when it names one.

  2. Read and approve

    Open the exact message: from, to, subject, text and attachments. Approve it, and your approval names the revision on your screen; any edit since refuses it.

  3. Scheduled

    It goes out after a random delay (7 to 25 minutes by default), moved into Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 in the recipient's time zone, at most the daily limit (10 by default).

  4. Replies

    Replies come back to a Careers address you create and are matched to their thread and application.

Your own sending account.

Applications go out with your own Resend account from your own domain. Careers has no fallback key of ours: without your key an approval is refused. Your key is sealed at rest.

  • Add your key and check your domain in Mail settings
  • Your name, from address, reply-to and signature
  • Forward replies from Gmail with a filter, or use a receiving subdomain

    Sending and receiving need setup

    A Resend account, a verified sending domain and, for replies, a receiving address or forwarding. The docs walk through it. Until your domain is verified every send fails with a message that says so.

  • Not offered
    No auto-apply

    There is no setting that sends without approval, and AI assistants have no send or approve action.

Does it send applications on its own?

Never. Every e-mail waits in the outbox until you approve that exact message. AI assistants connected through Geenius OS can create drafts and ask for approval but have no send or approve action.

How are e-mails sent?

With your own Resend account from your own domain. You add your key and check your domain in Mail settings. Careers never sends applications with a key of ours: without your key an approval is refused.

When does an approved e-mail go out?

What happens to replies?

You create a Careers address in Mail settings and forward replies to it, for example with a Gmail filter. Replies are matched to their thread and application.

Can my AI send e-mails?

No. The door has no send or approve action and refuses them by name. Your AI can leave a draft in your outbox and ask for approval.
