Features · Truth
Nothing you cannot prove.
A CV that gets you an interview and cannot be backed up is a trap. Careers builds the check into the product.
Traceable by construction.
The engine selects, orders and lightly rephrases your own lines, and every bullet keeps the id of its source. Then a guard checks the saved CV: a line with no source, a number that is not in its source, or a skill that is not on your list is refused or put back to the source line.
What is checked
Prose is checked too.
CV lines
Repaired line by line against your profile.
Letters
Checked sentence by sentence. A failing save is refused and names each sentence and why.
E-mail drafts
The same check applies to drafts from your AI, and again when you ask to approve.
What must trace back
Free, and not free.
| Must trace to your profile or the posting | Free to write |
|---|---|
| Numbers and years of experience | Opinion, such as being excited about a role |
| Skills and tools | How you phrase a true line |
| Employers, titles and credentials | The order and emphasis of true lines |
| Achievements and spoken languages | Greeting and closing |
| Contact data and signature |
Honest note
What it cannot do.
- Not offeredIt cannot know your profile is true
The check keeps documents faithful to your profile. If the profile is wrong, the CV is wrong. You own the facts.
Questions
About the check.
Will it invent experience to fit a posting?
No. A tailored CV is drawn only from your master profile, every bullet keeps the id of its source, and a check refuses or repairs any line, number or skill that has no source. When a posting asks for something you cannot evidence, Careers lists it as missing and leaves it off.
Does the check cover letters and e-mails?
Yes. A letter or an e-mail draft is checked sentence by sentence: numbers, years of experience, skills, employers, titles, credentials, achievements, languages, contact data and the signature must trace to your profile or the posting. A failure refuses the save, the draft or the approval and names each sentence.
